Every 6 minutes, someone in the UK begins to lose their sight – and that’s why I’m stepping up for sight. I’m supporting Sight Research UK, who fund vital research to prevent sight loss, and I want to play my part in helping create a future where fewer people face this challenge.

By taking part in Step UP for Sight, We are moving more, spending time outdoors, and supporting research that truly matters. With screen time higher than ever and conditions like myopia on the rise, this challenge is a positive way to look after eye health while making a real difference.
