LadsMinds is a mental health awareness charity for construction workers onsite, as a construction company this is a cause close to our hearts. Suicide rate for constructions workers in the UK is OVER three times the average rate. Their mission is to spread the word and make construction companies aware of the issues their workers are facing.

On 19th July, a group of us will be hiking a half marathon (13.1 miles!) through the Worcestershire countryside to raise money and awareness for LadsMinds. Some of us are not big walkers so this will be a big challenge!
