ALZHEIMER'S SOCIETY is a charity close to our hearts. Our drummer Mez: "My dear dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2016. He's doing well overall, but needs more and more help and support with everyday tasks as his condition deteriorates. Dementia is a cruel disease which irreversibly changes the lives of people with the illness and those around them".

Dementia is now the leading cause of death in the UK and many other places around the world. There is currently no cure. Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
