I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and tackling my fear of heights by taking part in this year's MSE Tackle the Tower Charity Abseil on May 16.

I am raising funds for an over-bed cot that will make caring for babies after C-Section so much easier for new parents. This nifty piece of equipment can really make a difference in their recovery and bonding time with their little ones.
