Now in it's 11th year, our locally famous tower block abseil gives supporters of our charity the chance to take on a 154ft challenge of bravery whilst at the same time raise money for an appeal, ward or department of choice.

This event runs for the sole benefit of Mid & South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. Challengers can raise money for our charity's general purpose fund, a specific hospital within our Trust or a specific ward/department/service.
