In November 2023 me and my family started the heartbreaking journey of grieving for my Nana, Irene Fitzgerald.

She was a patient at St Ann's Hospice in Little Hulton for a number of weeks before being allowed to go home. Unfortunately, we found ourselves back in the hospice, where she would spend her final days.

The care that my Nana, and us, received was nothing short of amazing. Even now, we still receive excellent communication regarding aftercare for us as a family.

They truly are angels on earth.

We are holding a 10 mile walk to raise money.....in memory of my Nana & Grandad, who we also lost in St Ann's Hospice.
