As many of you will know, I'm no cyclist and I also don't typically get myself involved in big challenges - however a combination of reasons has led me to change all of that in May 2027.

The last couple of years have seen a raft of friends and family suffer with some of the toughest times and as a result I have a renewed vigour to doing my bit to give back.

Fortunately for me, the amazing St Peter's Hospice have come up with just the challenge I need in order for me to 'give back' and as such my good self and a bunch of good friends will be getting on our bikes and pedalling for four days across two countries! Over 275 miles in the saddle, and all for St Peter's Hospice.

By donating to my page, you are helping provide care and support to local patients and families when they need it the most.

My aim is to raise at least £1,950. This total could fund 15 sessions with the Psychological Therapies team, giving patients and their loved ones a safe space to talk through worries and find calm during incredibly challenging moments.

All of St Peter's Hospice's services are provided completely free of charge, so it's the wonderfully generous people like yourselves who make sure that every patient and their family get the care that they need.
