Wolverhampton Coronary Aftercare Support Group is proud to celebrate 40 years of delivering vital cardiac rehabilitation services to our community.

We will be taking part in the Annual Fun Walk at Aldersley Stadium.

Me and My wife Ann are taking part again this year and hoping to better last years lap total of 50 and 65 laps.
