Snowdon hike! Saturday 28th June 2025!

Welcome to Step for Scoliosis, a fun and impactful way to fundraise while staying active! Every pound you raise helps us support those living with scoliosis and invest in life-changing research.

Story

At age 11 I was diagnosed with Scoliosis, by 13 I was in a back brace 23 hours a day. At 15 they decided to operate on my thoracic with the hope to stop progression in my lumbar. I now live with a fused upper spine and a (slowly) growing lumbar curve with subsequent chronic pain and future potential surgery.

I have decided to join a bunch of amazing people with Scoliosis hiking Snowdon to raise money for Scoliosis Research, with the hope that future 11 year old me’s have the physical and mental health support they deserve.
