As a former Regular serviceperson, I experienced first-hand how challenging the transition from military life into a civilian career can be. Despite strong skills and experience, translating those into a civilian context isn’t always straightforward, and having the right guidance at the right time makes a huge difference.

The Forces Employment Charity supported me through that transition — helping me navigate career choices, understand how my military experience translated into civilian roles, and ultimately move into meaningful employment.
