Laura and I are doing the 23 mile Kilt Walk on Sunday 29th April to raise as much as we can for White Feather Charitable Aid, a charity very close to our hearts.

This year, White Feather Charitable Aid are fundraising on behalf of Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland, another wonderful cause. We are fundraising for a Bodi Trax Machine - crucial and life saving to help spot health risks early and take action to prevent chest, heart and stroke conditions.

The likelihood of experiencing a Chest, Heart and Stroke condition is 1 in 2 with men and 1 in 3 with women. Both of us have had first hand experience of close family members and friends suffering from these medical conditions and the aftermath and know how devastating it can be.

Any money that we can raise will make such a difference and we cant thank everyone enough for their support!
