On Saturday 6th September, I will be doing the UK's highest skydive, jumping from 15,000ft to raise funds for the amazing Ashgate Hospice in North Derbyshire.

I am fundraising money for Ashgate Hospice by doing a skydive. Ashgate helped me and my family dearly with my nanna Gwen. As many of you know nanna Gwen was held very close to my heart, and was a huge part of my life. We shared so many special memories together, and a part of me went when she went. Having to do life without her has to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Nanna Gwen sadly passed away from cancer in September 2023 after a long battle. Ashgate hospice had supported her every step of the way through her journey with cancer. Nanna Gwen has inspired us all throughout her life as she had a can do attitude no matter what life threw at her. I hope that one day I can make her as proud as she made all of us. Nanna Gwen shaped who I am today, with her warmth, kindness and always having open arms. Not a day will go by where I don’t miss her.
