Story
This September, I am lacing up my hiking boots and taking on the Snowdon Challenge to raise vital funds for Alexandra House of Joy!
I will be climbing Yr Wyddfa (AKA Mount Snowdon): something I have never done before and which will be a physical challenge for me and my wiry legs.
Alexandra House of Joy is a fantastic charity working to build a purpose-built, specialist centre in Bicester for adults with severe and profound learning disabilities. The new centre will provide crucial daytime support, respite care, and end-of-life care, while giving much-needed support to local families and carers.
We are incredibly close to something historic. The charity is now less than £20,000 away from reaching their first £1 million fundraised - the milestone needed to kick off Phase One of the build.
Every penny I raise on this trek goes directly toward making this centre a reality. Please donate whatever you can to support my challenge and help bring joy, dignity, and belonging to those who need it most.
Thank you so much for your support!
