In the UK, 1 in 5 children now has a suspected mental health condition. Waiting lists for the National Health Service's specialist child mental health support can stretch to four years. Families who can't afford private therapy are left with nowhere to turn.

The result? In our two counties alone, more than 27,000 children were regularly missing from school last year. They're falling behind, losing friendships, and losing their futures.

One-Eighty is a UK charity that steps in where no one else can. Their therapists work one-to-one with children aged 4 to 18 until they're back in the classroom. Independent analysis by Oxford University found that every £1 (around $1.25 USD) donated creates £11.48 in social value.
