Story
Across Oxfordshire, 16,654 young people each year are persistently absent from education. That’s more than 1 in 10 locally. Many are struggling with anxiety, neurodiversity, unmet SEND, or challenges at home, and are at risk of slipping out of sight.
One-Eighty is the only charity bridging the gap between mental health and education across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We meet young people where they are - at home, in school or in the community - helping them rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning, and return to, or stay in, education. We also support schools and professionals before things reach crisis point.
On Sunday 17th May, we’ll be taking on the Blenheim 7k and Spartan 10k to raise vital funds so that more young people don’t slip through the cracks.
Every mile run and every pound raised helps us continue this work.
