Story
I’m proud to be running the Manchester Marathon to support Bardet-Biedl Syndrome UK 💙 & especially running it in support of a very special girl, Caitlin Wilkie, who inspires many, including me every day with her strength and resilience 💙
Bardet-Biedl Syndrome UK is the only registered charity in the UK dedicated to supporting people living with Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS), along with their families and carers. They are a user-led organisation, shaped by adults with BBS and parents of children with the condition—ensuring real voices are at the heart of everything they do.
The charity currently supports over 640 people across the UK, as well as the professionals involved in their care. Their work helps individuals better understand their condition, feel valued, and ultimately thrive.
Every mile I run is for this community—and every donation, no matter the size, will help make a meaningful difference.
If you can, please consider sponsoring me and supporting this incredible cause. Thank you so much 💙
