This October, I'm taking part in the 100 Miles in October Challenge to help raise awareness and life changing funds for children and young people with epilepsy.

As you may know, after having a 20 minute long seizure in March, a hospital stay and various tests, Roman was diagnosed with Focal Onset Epilepsy. He now has to take a lot of medication, twice a day every day & there are many precautions we now need to take with him that means our lives have been flipped upside down. I want to do something to prove to Roman that I’m SO proud of how he’s dealt with everything … and continues to do so every day!
