I’m running the Redbrik 10k in memory of my brave and brilliant friend Char and to raise money for Ashgate Hospice and the truly amazing work that they do supporting people who are going through terrible things.

I am NOT a runner but I wanted to do this for everything they did for Char and continue to do for countless others.
