I’l still can’t believe I'm saying this but… I am doing the 24 hour danceathon again, from 6pm on Saturday evening through to 6pm Sunday!

I danced over 50 miles last year, over 120,000 steps, and despite the memories of those surreal twilight hours dancing to power ballads with a group of crazy people, I am genuinely excited to do it all again!

The huge amount of money we raised last time made such a difference to so many people and we have two fantastic new charities this year that desperately need our support - Smartworks Leeds, supporting women getting back into work, and Castaway, who use the arts to transform the lives of people with learning and physical disabilities.
