A group of us are dancing for 24 hours raising money for 2 great causes including Castaway and Smart Works Leeds

Castaway are an amazing support to many families. They believe in the power of the arts to transform lives, Castaway is led by professional artists making performance, creative and training opportunities with a focus on adults and young people with learning/physical disabilities, mental health conditions and autism.

Smart Works Leeds support women from a range of different backgrounds and age groups back into employment by providing coaching so they feel more confident and start believing in their own ability to succeed. They also provide high-quality interview-appropriate clothing, shoes and accessories (theirs to keep) to wear for their job interview, and high-quality work-appropriate clothing, shoes and accessories when they get the job.
