Cycle from London to Brighton for MDA UK to help save lives on the ground in Israel.

Story

My late uncle, Dr Alfred Hyman, was National Chairman of Magen David Adom for many years and was absolutely passionate about its work. When I did my first solo cycle from Land's End to John O' Groats in 1993, I chose MDA as one of my three charities. Last year June 2023, when I did a 350 mile solo cycle ride from Southend to St David's in Wales for my 70th birthday, again MDA was one of the three charities chosen.

MDA saves lives, not only in Israel but also globally. MDA rescue teams are one of the first on the ground when a catastrophe hits a country. MDA is also at the forefront of innovation and technology. It is an amazing and inspirational organisation.

On October 7th 2023 - that horrific day of the Massacre and kidnapping of people inside Israel - staff of MDA immediately rushed to the scenes. During the continuing war on the two frontiers - against Hamas and Hezbollah - MDA are saving lives.

Please support my ride and donate whatever you can.

By supporting my ride - you too will be saving lives!

Thank you!
