Since 2022, StepStone has been working in partnership with international NGO, UWS with the goal to provide a transformative education programme to support over a thousand out of school children into school.

Story

At StepStone we have been working in partnership with international NGO, United World Schools ("UWS"), since 2022 with the goal to provide a transformative education program to support children in the most hard-to-reach and underserved communities around the world.

The StepStone School Initiative has already seen StepStone and UWS establish formal education programs in Aglung Community, central Nepal (2023) and in Ambalamoa Community, Madagascar (2024).

This coming March, I will be traveling with a few of my StepStone colleagues, alongside UWS, to the remote Chauy Village in Cambodia to visit the site of our new school. There, I will have the privilege to engage with the local community and witness the on-the-ground impact that our collective contributions will make on the lives of these children.

Please join me in supporting this meaningful cause which aims to make education more accessible and create opportunities for those who need it most - the children of this world.

With your support, we aim to build a safe, inclusive school for 100+ children; train teachers to deliver quality education; and provide clean water and sanitation facilities. For context, it only takes $130 to educate a child for an entire year and $400 to train seven teachers for one year!

Thank you!
