Dear All,

Me and Dad are attempting to do the Norfolk superheroes for the second time. We are doing this to raise money for less privileged kids who have as much of a right to sports and equipment as we do which makes this such a brilliant charity.

Why it matters:

Across Norfolk, too many children are missing out on the chance to enjoy active, healthy lives.

• 1 in 5 children leave primary school obese

• 8% have a diagnosed mental health need

• 1 in 3 can't swim

The Norfolk Superhero Fund is here to change that.

Every mile we swim, paddle, cycle and run together helps open doors for children who might otherwise be left behind. From coaching and kit to activities and accessible equipment, the Norfolk Superhero Fund helps local children get active in their communities.
