Story
So… I’m running the London Marathon. 26.2 miles.
But honestly, I’m doing it because I believe in what Whizz-Kidz is doing, and I want to help more kids get the freedom and independence they deserve.
Whizz-Kidz supports young wheelchair users by providing life-changing equipment that actually fits their needs—not just the standard-issue stuff. They also run skills training and confidence-building workshops so kids can live life on their own terms, not be limited by their mobility.
That really hit home for me through our son, Noah. He has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, and we've seen first-hand how much of a difference the right chair can make. It’s not just about movement—it’s about confidence, independence, and being able to join in with everything life throws your way.
We were lucky enough to get Noah the chair he needed. But so many families don’t have that option, and that’s what Whizz-Kidz is here to change.
Every pound raised goes directly toward helping more young people access the equipment and support they need to live fully. If you can chip in—whether it’s a few quid or more—it’ll make a real difference.
Thanks for reading, and thanks for the support 👊
