Hello friends and industry contacts. I need your help. I'm taking part in GroceryAid's 2026 Pedal the Borders cycle (14-16 July), to raise funds for the financial, emotional, and practical services they offer to colleagues in the grocery industry.

GroceryAid is an incredible charity that I am honoured to be part of. I am trying to raise £2,500. It's a totally new challenge for me, I haven't been on a road bike for over 20 years, so please do support. It will be over 70 miles a day - for 3 days! YIKES.

It will be in beautiful Scotland which is very exciting - but lots of hills.

I will be alongside industry peers, trying to do our thing to give back in some way.
