The humanitarian situation in Gaza is still catastrophic.
Since the Israeli breaking of the ceasefire agreement, the number of Palestinian civilians have been forcibly re-displaced from Gaza has reached 680,000.
Now all efforts must now turn towards addressing the staggering levels of need in Gaza. Nutritious food, clean water, shelter items, medicines and fuel are all running out. As temperates rise due to the summer heat and the Israeli military target Gaza's water infrastructure, the risk of disease outbreak is growing every day.
Sahar, pictured above, is the head of the Palestinian Development Women Studies Association (PWDSA), one of ActionAid's partners in Gaza. We're working with the PWDSA to deliver aid to the people of Gaza and support women and girls being impacted by the conflict.
It's estimated that more than 92% of homes in Gaza have been destroyed or damaged by Israeli attacks. This has led to hundreds of thousands of people being displaced, which has resulted in large parts of the population facing high levels of acute food insecurity.
More than 55,000 Palestinians have been killed during the conflict, with thousands still missing under the rubble of destroyed buildings.
