Story
65 Degrees North is dedicated to supporting the rehabilitation of wounded, injured, or sick (WIS) service personnel and veterans through the power of adventure.
The charity has played a crucial role in the journey back to health for many WIS service personnel and veterans, helping them to reclaim their lives from the grips of mental illness. 65 Degrees North’s impact on individuals continues to be profound and transformative.
Since forming six years ago, 65 Degrees North’s unwavering support has fostered feelings of positivity, self-confidence, purpose, joy, and hope to a great many WIS service personnel and veterans.
On May 16th, 2026, I am taking part in an ambitious event - to join as many 65 Degrees North supporters as possible in walking the South West Coast Path on the same day. The trail is the longest continuous path in the UK, consisting of 52 individual legs. The charity’s goal is for at least 52 individuals or groups undertake this journey, each walking one leg on the same day. I will be walking the eight-mile section from Torcross to Dartmouth.
This event is open to everyone! If you would enjoy a walk along some of the most breathtaking coastline in the world while supporting a worthy cause, please join us - every step taken helps make a difference.
Together we can raise money for 65 Degrees North and continue the charity’s vital work in supporting those who have served our country. If you would like to get involved or have any questions, please email swcp.65dn@gmail.com
Thank you 🙏🏼
