I am participating in the Crohn's & Colitis UK’s Ride It Challenge throughout the month of April 2025 to ride 300km.

They are the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis which right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. One of them being my wife Victoria who has dealt with the condition since she was 17.

Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these diseases, thousands of people are suffering in silence.

But they’re not alone.
