Story
On Friday 14th November, the pupils and staff at Goosewell Primary Academy are invited to 'challenge themselves' to help make a difference by wearing something spotty or yellow to school in exchange for a donation to the BBC Children In Need Appeal 2025, if you feel able to. Pop on a spotty t-shirt, wear a spotty ribbon in your hair, or even paint your face spotty (temporarily!!)...but most of all, we're asking you to share a smile and have fun whilst raising funds for this amazing charity.
We're doing what we love, with a fundraising twist for BBC Children in Need. Together we can support children and young people across the UK to rebuild their lives.
BBC Children in Need believes every child deserves the chance to thrive. Across the UK, they fund vital projects in local communities that support children facing poverty, mental health struggles, grief and other challenges. Too many children are facing impossible challenges alone.
Right now, BBC Children in Need are only able to fund 1 in 6 organisations needing support. Your donation will fund more of these local people and projects to ensure there’s someone who shows up - someone who listens, supports, and believes in them.
Thank you for your continued support.
