This is the third year of my Mum and I embarking on another trek around the beautiful Kent coastline, each one longer than the last.

This year, we're walking from Whitstable Harbour to Dreamland, Margate. The trek totals just over 16 miles and will take us an estimated six hours to complete.

We're doing this trek as ME Research is an incredibly important charity to both my Mum and myself.

We walk in solidarity with all those that suffer with this cruel disease and towards the hope of better treatment and, eventually, a cure.
