Run 100K in February for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity

Run 100K in February - GOSH Charity · 1 February 2024 to 29 February 2024 ·
This February I’m running 100k to raise money for GOSH. This hospital has a very special place in my heart as they provided my Sister Anna with specialist care throughout the early years of her life.
For those of you that don’t know my incredible sister Anna, she was born with a medical condition called Spina Bifida and also faced a number of other complex complications when she was prematurely born. GOSH provided around the clock care for Anna (and all of us at times) for sometimes weeks at a time. Without their amazing care and incredible understanding of how to care for these conditions Anna would not be able to live the incredibly full, rewarding and sometimes down right thrill seeking life she now does. As a family we feel so grateful to the hospital even more than 30 years later.
Every day, more than 750 seriously ill children and young people from across the UK arrive at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses and conditions and come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.
This is just a very small gesture from me to GOSH. I’m not going to set a giving target as I am truly grateful for any contributions whatsoever. Thank you all so much!
