I'm turning 50 and during 2024 Solace (my wonderful employer!) is doing the same.

As part of our joint celebration we are raising money for the incredible British Heart Foundation and I want to do my bit by running the London Marathon in April.

Many of us will have experienced the impact on friends or family who have suffered as a result of a heart attack or a stroke or benefited from lifesaving heart surgery. Its something that has hit my own family unexpectedly in recent months, and on many other occasions over the years. Yet thanks to the incredible work of organisations like the BHF we've spent much more time with loved ones than could have been the case.

With your support, we want to help continue the incredible research and investment into preventative education campaigns, appropriate medical research and direct support to those who have been impacted.
