My amazing sister left us last May, a day short of her 54th birthday.

Her final days were spent in the Weldmar Hospice in Dorchester, where she had such amazing care from all of the heroes who work there.

I've decided to run a half marathon (which I last did 21 years ago) to raise money for this fantastic place, and also to remind myself and others that we can't take our health for granted, and we need to look after ourselves and each other.
