Story

This July, I am taking part in My MS Marathon to raise money for MS-UK's helpline service.

Across the country, people are joining the #TeamPurple family to take on their own kind of marathon using the number 26 and I am doing it my way for MS-UK.

Collectively we are aiming to raise £5,000. I am looking to raise £430 which represents £10 for every kilometre cycled plus one more for going the extra kilometre 😊

The MS-UK helpline offers emotional support and information to those living with MS (multiple sclerosis) at any point in their journey. Staffed by trained information officers who can provide all the information needed to help those with MS make choices that are right for them.

I cannot stress the importance of having a helpline that is better staffed. With cancelled counselling services this is the only support we have, and the only barrier is funding.

Thank you for your support, together we can ensure that no one has to face MS alone.
