Mind plays a crucial role in advocating for those who often suffer in silence, promoting mental well-being, and providing essential resources to those in need. As someone who has seen the impact of mental health challenges in friends and family, I am committed to raising both awareness and funds to help Mind continue their vital work.

I never used to see myself as somebody who could enjoy running and thought those who could were mad but this year I’ve realised the benefits of committing to a physical and mental challenge.
