This year, We've swapped the Essex mud for the tarmac of London city by doing a 10 k winter walk, an event organise by the British Heart Foundation. I will raising money for Great Ormond Street hospital.

Choosing a charity is always difficult but this year, I have felt drawn towards Great Ormond. This is partly because I have been touched by the story of one of my gym client and friend but also because being seriously ill when you should be outdoors with friends and not worry about anything but play seems profoundly unfair.
