My beautiful guide dog Eddie very suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on 29th July 2023. I'd only had her for 9 months as my guide dog and her passing has been such a difficult time for us as a family. As you can imagine she was so much more than a dog, she was a piece of me. Came with me wherever I went and gave me so much independence.

Eddie was my 3rd guide dog and so I know all to well how much a guide dog can change a life. Eddie was a sponsored guide dog meaning another family raised the money to name her and see her through training, so it only feels right that I now fundraise in her memory to name another life changer that gets the chance to complete the job she wasn't able to finish.
