This year, funds from the 350-mile Pro Bike Ride will help provide crucial mental and emotional support to those in need. In 2025, the Sikh Helpline received thousands of calls, with many seeking help for abuse, sexual violence, and hate crimes.

We support people facing mental health challenges, domestic violence, substance misuse, bullying, racism, and more. With the rising cost of living, every penny raised ensures we can be a voice of reassurance in someone’s darkest moment.

Cultural stigma stops many from seeking help until it’s too late. Demand is growing, and every call matters—sometimes, it's a person’s only chance to reach out. No call should go unanswered.
