Support the Sikh Helpline: Every Pedal Counts!
This year, 2026, the funds raised from the 350-mile Pro Bike Ride will help us continue our vital work, providing crucial mental and emotional support to those in need. The Sikh Helpline has seen a significant rise in calls, with thousands reaching out for help. In 2025 alone, we responded to an overwhelming number of requests, with the most urgent support needed for victims of abuse, sexual violence, and hate crimes, particularly affecting young females.
The Sikh Helpline supports people of all backgrounds facing challenges such as mental and physical health struggles, abuse, domestic violence, alcohol and substance misuse, bullying, racism, hate crimes, relationship issues, and more. With the rising cost of living, every penny raised goes directly toward being a voice of reassurance, comfort, and support during someone’s most vulnerable moments.
Due to cultural stigma, many families suffer in silence, reluctant to seek help until it’s too late. We rely on the support of our communities to meet the increasing demand for our services. Every call matters—sometimes, a single call is a person’s only lifeline. It is crucial that no call goes unanswered.
Please help us be there for those with nowhere else to turn. Each push of your pedal represents hope and a chance to save a life. Together, we can make a real difference.
