I am cycling around the coast of Britain. It will be about 5300 miles and take about 3 months. I have AS. Hence me raising money for NASS. I am one of the lucky ones. AS is different for every body. I have nearly full movement and minimal pain... now. Others are much less fortunate. Being diagnosed, at 24 years of age, after 6 years of stiffness, difficulty of movement and pain, transformed my life. NASS aim to shorten diagnosis times (average is 8 years) as well as continuing to do research, provide information for doctors and provide patient support. An amazing charity!
