I am now at home in Hove Fri 8 th Aug 2025. So I have finished my ride around the coast of Britain. Setting off on 5th May. It was 5091 miles. An amazing journey. I am so pleased to have had the privilege to do this. Thanks for all the support keeping me going. 😁

I am raising money for NASS bacause I have AS, the condition. But I count myself as one of the lucky ones with minimal stiffness and pain now I'm on medication. This reduces inflammation so excercise becomes less painful. Exercises is very important to maintain movement. The AS experience is different in everybody. And the average diagnosis is just over 8 years. It was 6 for me, still too long! NASS are working hard to reduce this time through research, information for GPs and patient support. An amazing charity. Please give them you dosh 😁
