I'm raising money for Community Resource because I believe in the difference this charity makes every day.

Community Resource supports people to access help, stay independent and remain connected, while strengthening the communities around them. Through services that tackle loneliness, support people facing rising living costs, and help those living with wellbeing challenges, the charity enables people to live well and remain part of their local communities.

Working as Head of Fundraising and Communications, I have the privilege of seeing first-hand the impact Community Resource has on individuals and families across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. Every day, we hear stories of people whose lives have been improved through the charity's support, and I wanted to play my own part in helping to ensure these vital services continue.

This fundraiser is my way of going beyond simply talking about the charity's work and actively contributing to it. Every donation, however large or small, will help Community Resource continue supporting people when they need it most and building stronger, more connected communities.
