From 4th - 8th September, I will be taking part in a cycle event across Wales with 49 other people, whilst raising money for bigmoose, who are a charity with the main goals to:

- help people with their mental health

- prevent suicide

- reduce homelessness

We will be cycling roughly 50 miles a day from North to South Wales, starting at Caernarfon Castle all the way down to Cardiff castle, across the group we are aiming to raise £100k for charity.

I will be doing this alongside 49 other people, including kinging-it (Craig & Aimee) who are two brilliant youtubers who have worked with bigmoose in the past. Two years ago they crossed Wales in a wheelie bin to raise money for bigmoose and vlogged the entire trip.

bigmoose are a mental health charity providing therapy and early intervention to people who are struggling with their mental health.

They have grown from a small facebook page of friends and family to a community of thousands of people all over the world. together they have achieved some amazing things, most recently completing project 1 million, raising 1 million pounds in 486 days! over 11,000 people donated and have helped them to save and change lives.

bigmoose are hearing on a daily basis how much their therapy is helping to change lives. the number of referrals they are receiving is increasing every day.

but there is more work to be done.

we have a big dream to make a difference in the world. we are on a mission to raise 15 million pounds for mental health, this is going to be a mammoth task, and we are going to need all the help we can get, but our passion to change lives is what drives us, and makes us believe we can do this.

- £25: this money will guarantee an initial phone call with one of our amazing therapists.

- £50: a donation this size will ensure that every person needing help is replied to within 24 hours and matched with a therapist, bespoke to their needs. this incredible support is available 7 days a week.

- £100: in donating £100 you have contributed to 1 life-changing therapy session.

- £400: a £400 donation pays for a full course of life- changing therapy for 1 person.

- £1600: a £1600 donation pays for a full round of life- changing therapy for 4 people.
