Hello! I am so excited to be running the TCS London Marathon in April 2026 in support of Worldwide Cancer Research, a charity very close to my heart. Worldwide Cancer Research is the only UK charity that exclusively funds discovery research, into any type of cancer, anywhere in the world. I am so proud, not only to be able to run the London Marathon, but also to raise some money that will go towards funding vital cancer research.

Cancer has touched all corners of my family. 3 of my grandparents have fought this disease with immense strength, and their courage inspires me every day. Running this marathon is my way of honouring their battles whilst also supporting close friends and family currently facing their own, and ultimately helping ensure a better future for others.

I have the privilege of working for Worldwide Cancer Research – and every day I see just how impactful the research we fund can be. Around half of the bold ideas that we see never get the chance they deserve simply because of funding gaps.

A marathon is certainly not easy – but it’s nothing compared to what people with cancer go through. Each mile I run is for them. And knowing that I have your support behind me will make every step more meaningful.
