Like almost everybody else, we are beyond horrified with what's happening in Gaza. More than 66,000 people have been killed, it's estimated that more than 100,000 people have lost limbs, and now thousands of children face life as amputees without any family.

Rebuilding a life after this trauma must be impossible, but there are organisations like Oxfam trying to help. On the 5th of October we're both running the Cardiff Half Marathon in support of Oxfam's emergency appeal for Gaza. If you can spare anything, even just a fiver, it all counts towards something! 🙏

Here are some of the things that money can achieve:

👉 £9 can support 10 families to access water for a day, or one family for a week

👉 £43 can provide one family with ready-to-eat food parcels for a week

👉 £86 can support female family members to access basic protection kits and non-food items
