As many of you know i love horses and i give my time every Wednesday to help at the Fort Centre Rda;

The aim of the Fort Centre is to provide disabled people with an opportunity to experience horse riding which can benefit health and wellbeing. We work across the spectrum of disabilities, age range and social status.

On the 11th of May myself and the other volunteers are going to participate in the jungle mud run to raise vital funds for this charity that is so close to my heart.

Any donation no matter how big or how small would make a huge difference to all the riders at the fort.
