Join us for this year's Make Tiny Changes Month - 30 days of fundraising for your mental health, and the young people we’re here for.

Story

I'll be running the equivalent of a marathon every week in June (which works out at 6km per day) for Tiny Changes, a cause very close to my heart. Tiny Changes supports the mental health of children and young people in Scotland and this year celebrates their fifth year of changing lives. I'm proud to have played a small part in the charity since it's founding in May 2019 and raising some money whilst pounding the pavements of Margate seems like the least I can do to continue to support such an amazing organisation.

About Tiny Changes -

Tiny Changes is Scotland’s first national young people’s mental health charity, founded in 2019. The charity was set up in memory of artist and Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison. Through his music and art Scott made tiny changes that had a big impact on people from all walks of life.

Tiny Changes believe that Scotland’s young people deserve great mental health, and we believe in their insight and innovation to make this possible. We exist to nurture the talent of young people to find solutions that work for them. In three years, we’ve supported over 4,000 children and young people through 69 innovative projects in every local authority area in Scotland.
