This time last year, I was diagnosed with alopecia areata. I started losing all of my hair and last Christmas took the decision to shave all my remaining hair off.

During my treatment, Fresh Hair at the University Hospital North Midlands were incredibly helpful and made the process so much easier. They gave me my confidence back.

I, along with my family, friends, will be running the Stafford 10k on September the 22nd 2024 and my sister will be donating 14 inches of her hair to support this incredible organisation.
