No parent ever imagines that their child’s life will be short. Sadly, this is the reality facing thousands of families in Wales. We can’t stop this happening, but we can make sure that no one in Wales lives their child’s short life alone.

We are a team of staff, all of whom work passionately for Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice, supporting our families and the children who directly access our services. Our children have conditions, which mean they are likely to die in childhood, so you can imagine how much of a vital lifeline we provide at these most difficult times.

To continue our amazing work, we rely on the support of the public; so we are taking on the massive challenge of the Welsh Three Peaks, with an aim to raise as much money, and awareness as we can, for our amazing Hospice.

Our team will join travellers from all of the world to walk a distance of 20.35 miles, making a total ascent of 9,397ft (2,864m)!
