As you know, my lovely courageous big sis, lost her battle to lung cancer a few years ago after a strong battle. In June I will be be ‘Swimming the Distance’ A Virtual Coastline Challenge for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Together, we’re swimming the equivalent of the entire UK coastline. The UK coastline measures approximately 7,700 miles.

I plan to swim 22 miles in June, if I hit my target, I will keep going until the end of the month and see how far I can go!

For the past three decades, Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation has been the driving force behind lung cancer research, investing millions of pounds into the early detection of the disease.
